Your guest count is the primary factor in overall investment.
Pricing is structured per guest to ensure we bring the right amount of product, supplies, and staffing to serve everyone smoothly.
If you’re unsure of your final count, we can estimate based on RSVPs or expected attendance and adjust closer to your event date.

If you’d like us onsite longer — whether for staggered arrivals, cocktail hour transitions, or extended activations — additional service time can be added to keep the experience relaxed and seamless.

For smaller gatherings, one barista may be ideal.
For larger events, additional baristas ensure shorter lines and consistent quality throughout the service window.

For venues beyond that range, a per-mile travel fee is applied to account for transport time, fuel, and extended logistics.
