Pricing for a mobile espresso bar in Atlanta typically depends on three main factors: the number of guests, the duration of service, location, and customization options. Most coffee cart companies, including Fresh Press Cafe, price based on a combination of these variables rather than a flat rate.
As a general guide for the Atlanta area, you can expect mobile espresso bar pricing to start around $650–$800 for smaller weddings and scale upward from there for larger weddings. Do you need electricity or a power source?
Yes, our equipment does require a standard power connection (120V outlet). For most indoor venues (churches, ballrooms, office spaces, event halls) this is totally fine.
For outdoor weddings and events, many venues have outdoor power available. If your venue doesn't, a standard generator works perfectly. We're happy to talk through logistics with you when you request a quote so there are no surprises on the day.
How much space does the coffee cart need?
Our cart is compact and designed to fit comfortably in most event spaces. A footprint of roughly 8x8 feet is ideal, which gives us room for the cart, the barista, extra supplies (cups, lids, etc), and a small guest queuing area. We've set up in tight cocktail hour spaces, outdoor patios, barn venues, small pockets inside churches, and hotel ballrooms. Where there’s a will, there’s a way!
Can you do dairy-free, oat milk, or vegan options?
Absolutely. We always have oat milk on hand but per request we can also have almond milk or any other preferred alt-milk. Just let us know your guests' needs when you book and we'll make sure everyone is taken care of. We want every guest to leave with a drink they love!
How many guests can you serve per hour?
Fresh Press with Sheppard on bar can typically serve between 30-50 drinks per hour, depending on drink complexity and guest flow. For larger events or high-volume hours, we can discuss adding a second barista to keep lines moving. Juls typically is there to help anyways because we love each other and as an extension of our love we want you to be well-served!
Can you create a custom menu for our event?
Yes! We can design a custom drink menu for your event, complete with your color scheme, branding, or wedding theme. We can also create custom drink names (think "His and Hers" or your company's branded beverage) to make the experience feel extra special.
How far in advance should I book a coffee cart for my wedding?
For weddings, we recommend booking as early as possible (ideally 3 to 6 months in advance), especially for peak wedding season dates (spring and fall in Atlanta). Popular Saturdays fill up quickly.
For corporate events, parties, and smaller gatherings, a few weeks' notice is usually fine, though reaching out early is always appreciated.
As we are growing, we can usually make accommodations if you find us last-minute so just reach out either way!
